Legal Form and Registration
Wissero is a civil law partnership (Gesellschaft bürgerlichen Rechts, GbR) under German law. As a GbR, Wissero is not registered in the commercial register (Handelsregister). Both owners are jointly and severally liable for all obligations of the partnership.

If and when a VAT identification number (Umsatzsteuer-Identifikationsnummer) is assigned, it will be published here. Currently, Wissero GbR does not hold a VAT ID.

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§36 VSBG).
